Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

    •    You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
    •    To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    •    A $30 processing fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
    •    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof that the damage or issue existed at the time of receipt.

    •    Acceptable forms of proof include clear photographs or videos showing the product’s condition upon unboxing.
    •    Reports made after the 3-day window may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 days and provide proof of the issue.

If the item is no longer available, you will have the option for a refund or store credit.

4. european union 14 day cooling off period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return the product without needing to provide a reason, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

    
    •    You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    •    A $30 processing fee will still apply.


 

5. refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed, minus the $30 processing fee, and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    •    Shipping fees and non-refundable items (such as gift cards or final sale items) will not be refunded.
